What the poster shows
APP/PS1/APOE3 and APP/PS1/APOE4 knock-in mice were maintained from two months of age on a low-fat or high-fat diet, with or without the NOURO formulation, for six months. Treated animals did not gain the weight that controls on the high-fat diet did despite eating the same amount, showed increased BDNF, reduced amyloid plaque buildup, preserved hippocampal volume and lowered glial markers.
This is animal research. These findings have not been established in humans. NOURO is a dietary supplement and is not a treatment, cure or preventive for Alzheimer's disease or any other condition. Funded by Tonum Health.
